Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2024At SHAREBI LIMITED, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy to understand your options.
1. Your Right to Return
You have the right to return any product purchased from SHAREBI LIMITED within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted for return, or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items that have been clearly used or assembled
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at support@sharebi-limited.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return
- Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or the return is a result of our error, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund in cases where the return is due to a change of mind.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs in full.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded for eligible returns
- If you are returning only part of an order, delivery charges may not be refunded
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please contact us.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@sharebi-limited.com and include photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a free return and offer you the choice of:
- A full refund
- A replacement product (subject to availability)
- A partial refund where appropriate
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge at any point before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sharebi-limited.com or call +44 7401 526505. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item under this Refund Policy.
10. Your Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods — apply in addition to this policy.
