Include the product name, your delivery address, and any questions you have. Our team will respond within one business day with availability, pricing confirmation, and payment details.
Yes β we deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also ship to selected European destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the product and your location; these will be confirmed at the time of your order. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3β7 business days.
We accept a range of payment methods including bank transfer, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. Payment details are provided after your order has been confirmed by our team. We do not store any payment information β all transactions are processed securely.
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Once we have received and inspected the return, a full refund will be issued within 5β10 business days. We aim to keep our featured products in stock, but availability can vary. When you enquire about a product, our team will confirm current availability and expected delivery timeframes. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we can add you to a waiting list and notify you as soon as it becomes available again.
Orders can be amended or cancelled before they have been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sharebi-limited.com or call +44 7401 526505. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it under our 14-day returns policy.
Yes. All SHAREBI LIMITED products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some premium items carry an extended 24-month warranty β this will be specified on the individual product page. Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Sustainability is one of our core values. We prioritise suppliers who use responsibly sourced materials β such as FSC-certified wood for our furniture and recycled or recyclable packaging. While we cannot claim 100% sustainability across all products, we are committed to continuous improvement and transparency in our supply chain.
Care instructions vary by product. Detailed guidance is included with each item on delivery. As a general rule: wooden items should be kept dry and treated with a natural oil annually; glassware is dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated; textile items should follow the care labels on their covers.
